To cancel your subscription, all you have to do is send me an email with a notice period of at least 7 days so that you do not incur any further costs. Please note that if you cancel, all plans and support services will be removed from your account.
The training is tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym, I offer you your own personal program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness level and gradually increase.
No, every month is different. For example, we change the exercises, increase the weights and adjust your nutrition plan. Your plan is constantly updated to ensure progression. Progress and results are capitalized here.
The program is available through my website in the members area after you have purchased it. Go to the program page, choose a plan, click pay, fill in all your personal information, and I'll start designing your personal program!
Yes, the reason I chose to do this is so you can continuously track your progress and keep yourself accountable. You have the option to choose a monthly or yearly program. The programs will constantly updated, with workouts and recipes tailored for you. My team and I provide ongoing support, and you can cancel anytime, no hard feelings.

I can adapt the plan so you can do it at home if you wish! All you need are some weights/dumbbells. You simply have to select “just at home” on the registration form.
